We at Top Guns Realty certainly had a successful week as we were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract. We also closed a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. Folks are still excited about finding property on Lake Keowee, many buyers looking for just the right spot. We need more listings in many categories to satisfy their hunger. Help us out, it’s time to sell!

We were able to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront lot over the past week as well as put a Lake Keowee waterfront home under contract. These are things you’d expect, and we expect as well, but as we get closer to the winter slow down, that becomes a bit harder as folks start turning the page on summer 2025. They start thinking more about pumpkin spice, turtle necks and duck boots and less about Lake Keowee waterfront property.

Business? YES! Great week as we added those listings last week and were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract along with a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. We also wrote a couple of contacts on a couple of others that we are trying to work out. It is the time of year to make things happen and of course we continue to do just that.

What a great last week as we were able to add 3 new Lake Keowee waterfront house listings to our inventory. 308 Treetops Dr. in Waterford Pointe, 508 Merganser Way in The Cliffs at Keowee Falls North, and 329 Foreststone Dr. in Waterstone. All great properties priced well and ready for you to go to contract on. We were also able to put a Lake Keowee waterfront house, a Lake Keowee interior lot with boat slip and waterfront Lake Keowee lot under contract. That is the kind of July week you hope for.

It’s been a good week for us as we’ve (almost) added 4 listings to our stable as we wait for a few last details. They are all good ones that we expect to get under contract ASAP as we continue to endure low inventory in segments of the Lake Keowee real estate market. We’ve also written up a few offers that we are working on getting to contract. Just doing what we do…Top Guns are gonna gun!

We’ve added a new Lake Keowee waterfront home to our stable of listings. 308 Treetops Drive is a fantastic home in Waterford Pointe with over 7000 ft. of heated space. We’ve also brought 322 Hillandale Rd. on the market – a nice home on Lake Keowee with a platform dock right in the middle of Seneca. We expect to bring two more homes on the market over the next week. So, lots of really fine properties for you to think about in said chair of choice!

We’re in the selling season around Lake Keowee and buyers are out in force looking for the right and best deal. While we remain low in inventory in several market segments, we see that around half of the Lake Keowee waterfront homes that are on the market are reducing their price! We need you sellers to sell, the inventory remains low and there are buyers anxious to give you their hard earned money. It’s the time of year around Lake Keowee where we have a bit of a lull as kids graduate from various levels of school and then, usually, along with parents they head on a week long vacation to some cool spot. This leads to a couple week slowdown in Lake Keowee real estate activity. We are currently in that slowdown. It may have been exacerbated by the current level of uncertainty, but we expect to see an increase in activity when folks get back to normal. We will be pushing hard to make that happen. 

We were able to close a Lake Keowee interior property this week as well as add a listing that we quickly put under contract. That amount of activity makes for a good week, though we are always looking for great. Buyers are looking in earnest with the goal of getting into that Lake Keowee home around the July 4th holiday.
