Yep, the kids will be out as of next Friday. Throw Memorial Day in there, add a couple of half days and by golly school will be o, u, t. I swear to you all that just yesterday I was driving them to their first day of school…in 2009. The time, where doth she go? But, know what that means? “It’s on!” The summer Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee selling season that is, and fortunately for us and the folks we represent we’ve gotten a mighty jump on the activity. It’s also on for all of you folks who are ready to hit Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee for all of the fun and mountain lake beauty you can withstand.
We currently have 14 sides with a volume total of $4,037,000 to close between now and the end of June. Interestingly, most of those are lots – 11 to be exact. By the end of the first half of 2017 we will have closed 19 house sides and 23 lot sides for a total volume over $14,000,000. That’s well on the way to a $28,000,000 (hopefully $30,000,000 as we really like round numbers) year. We’re pumping hard to keep up the pace adding two beautiful waterfront point lots to our inventory over the past week. One is in The Cliffs at Keowee Falls North (point lot with over 700 feet of water-frontage – yeah, it’s all that and a box of Godiva Chocolates) and one in the Waterside Crossing community with over 500 hundred feet of water-frontage. You want the best? We got the best.
