Plenty O' Summer!
No, that’s not my male exotic dancer name name. Just stating the less than obvious because “there is plenty of summer left to njoy and now is the time to do exactly that”. We here around Lake Keowee are reveling in the throes of summer euphoria. Last Friday night I took the kids to watch “Star Wars” on the big screen at Duke Energy’s World of Energy and man oh man that was a great time within an incredibly alluring backdrop. Picture this: big open point on Lake Keowee with a long view to the mountains and the movie kicking off just as the sun dangled precariously over the horizon like a giant egg yolk while painting the sky 99 shades of pink and orange. I posted a couple of pictures to our Lake Keowee real estate expert Facebook page (hopefully you’ve liked our page and were able to see what I’m referencing, if not… dude, get there now!). I’ll tell you if that doesn’t want to make you see a free movie you have no pulse.
To business! As expected it’s summer and business is good. We closed a hair over $1,000,000 in property (putting us right at 1/2 way to our $30,000,000 goal) last week while putting another $240,000 under contract and are in the midst of inking up a couple of more properties – a great house and a nice lot. No rest this week either as we have tours and listing appointments set up for the remainder of the week (getting ready to bring on some really cool homes, as well – added two just last week!). We are doing our very best to get your properties out in front of as many hungry buyers as possible! We’ve added some really terrific video tools recently and even have some 3D stuff out there. The future is here at Top Guns!
