Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog Pre-Spring!
Lake Keowee real estate continues to hop, even though a variety of markets seem to be encountering some decided decline (longer days on market, price drops, increased interest rates, etc.). There are still plenty of buyers in the market even with the headwinds and inventory remains low as fewer folks are putting their property on the market as properties are averaging a few more days on the market.
If last week is any indication of how 2023 will be, we won’t complain. We were able to close over $3M in real estate while putting a Lake Keowee waterfront lot and two Lake Keowee interior lots under contract. May not be quite as busy as 2022, but nothing to shake a stick at. We would like to see some more listings in our inventory as, see above, there are a plethora of buyers in the market.
