We’ve seen several cool days in a row and that’s kinda weird (for August in SC, that is) around Lake Keowee and to be perfectly frank, I think we’re getting used to it. The good news is it’ll get warmer again once the clouds roll away, as it is still August, and we’ll all get to enjoy the Summer of 2025 on Lake Keowee even more. It was almost like we had a respite to realize how nice the sun and shores of Lake Keowee are and to remind us to enjoy those hot days of summer while they’re around.

Another nice week for us as we were able to put $5M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate under contract over the past week and we’re looking to add another $4M fairly soon. We also added a great new listing; 112 Whippoorwill Dr. which should see lots of activity quickly. Hey, it might even be the perfect property for you!
