All the kiddos are out of school for the summer and the mad dash for summer fun and frivolity has begun anew. Now is prime memory making time! Where better than Lake Keowee to assure that those memories are life long keepers?

 

As expected we’ve seen quite an increase in activity over the past week as we’ve had four new buyers looking for houses and a couple of new buyers searching for great deals on new Lake Keowee water front lots. These are folks who actually want to go out now and look at property right now, not maybe at some point in the future if everything falls into place and they can find the perfect deal. Hopefully this is a sign that we will begin to see the same sort of resurrection of activity that folks are seeing in Charleston, Greenville, and other locations and my guess is that it is.

 

We were able to close a couple of lots last week and plan to put a house and lot under contract this week. As the farmers say, “you’ve got to make hay while the sun shines” and boy howdy the sun is shining in abundance on drought free Lake Keowee! That means I’m really busy so lemme get back to work and I’ll chat you up next week!
