Full “Beaver” Moon RIsing!
There will be a full moon rising over the Lake Keowee and Jocassee area this Sunday, know as the “Beaver Moon.” I know it sounds like I’m making this up but the Beaver Moon is my favorite of all the moon phases. How can it not be? It’s a Beaver moon! Jocassee Lake tours will be offering a moon rising tour for those of you who’d like to see just what the big deal is from the middle of Lake Jocassee. I guarantee your awe will be inspired!
So, what’s going on in Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee real estate? It’s getting cold and the best long range views are emerging. They’re almost indescribable. You can get a whole new perspective of your property or the piece of property you’re considering (take a little time this week if possible to shoot some photos of your property as these will be useful someday–doesn’t have to be a fancy camera, many of today’s cell phones can take excellent shots). We do our best to get great pictures when marketing Lake Keowee and Jocassee real estate but we don’t have the opportunity to see each property as it changes with the seasons. It can be very helpful to potential buyers to see that fall sunset or “Beaver Moon” rising! Once you’ve gotten them, save them on the computer then stick some of them in a frame and put them up somewhere. It’ll also help you remember exactly why you purchased on Lake Keowee in the first place.
We remain busy over the past week as we’ve added another couple of great listings and are working diligently on getting all of the advertising up and running. We’re also working on getting several pieces of Lake Keowee real estate under contract. Keep your fingers crossed! We’d love to make several peoples’ (including ourselves) Christmas as merry as a Beaver Moon!
