It’s a great time to be out and about on Lake Keowee! The weather is cooperative and Keowee’s level is up a bit lending to some great boating time. The truly remarkable thing about Keowee is the amount of boat traffic on most days is surprisingly low. There are certainly very busy days such as the 4th of July and the weekend afternoons, but if you are out on a Tuesday evening it’s usually serene, especially after an afternoon thunderstorm as they tend to chase most folks off of the lake and storms around here tend to last only an hour or so.
Business remains good with lots of activity, which is to be expected this time of year. We’ve been able to put a house and lot under contract over the past week and are eyeing a couple more contracts. We’re also listing a really cool lot with very limited restrictions that’s very close to Seneca. This type of property does not come available very often, so if you know of someone with a penchant for cool properties (you, perhaps?) let us know asap!
We are still in the process of finishing up the new web site and expect to be live within the next two weeks! Although I’m pretty sure I said something similar a few weeks ago, I think I mean it this time and it’s going to take. It’s going to be a giant leap forward in our site’s ability to interact with the myriad of devices we all have at our immediate disposal nowadays.
Hopefully you’ve gotten all of your plans settled for the 4th of July celebration. If not, we still have a home you can rent on the 4th and the days surrounding it, give [email protected]Realty.com a shout and he can set you up because this year promises to be epic around here!
If you want to know more about anything we do, would like to see us discuss a particular subject, or have some suggestions for changes/additions to our format, take a moment to send us an email at [email protected] or [email protected]. We would really appreciate your input!
