Christmas Spirit
The lights are all up (at least ours…and no, I didn’t go all Clark Griswold), the Christmas trees are in place all around Lake Keowee, heck I’ve even finished the gift shopping. What’s left? The event itself. Yes, Christmas is almost upon us and shortly after that well begin the new year (2017??? Already?!?!?!). I don’t know about you but 2016 was a bleary blur, I guess that’s what happens when you get older. It seemed like high school and college lasted forever – albeit in mostly good ways. My daughter turns 12 in one week and according to my best recollections she should just be starting kindergarten in two years. Time flies when you’re having fun but even more so as we get longer in the tooth. We hope each of you has had a wonderful year and are all gearing up for a fun filled and joyous holiday season.
Business is still businessing though certainly at a less businessier pace. We listed a new lot and house last week, both of which are quite nice and we’ve created some incredible videos and pictures that do them justice (aerial videos, video walk-throughs, 360 degree videos, Living Picture videos (even in 3D!), and then there are all of the pictures). Before long you’ll be able to check them out on our completely redesigned Web page ((he redesign is about a 60 day process so we hope to have it up and running prior to the end of January). The new design will help keep our organic Web search results up at the top of the heap and to hopefully help us continue to have years like 2016 (over $25,000,000 in real estate closed on over 80 real estate sides). Outside of that we will continue to get all of our listings out in front of as many eyes as possible!
Make sure you get all of your shopping done and don’t forget to tell all of your friends they need to own a piece of Lake Keowee! Just like you!
