Business keeps on business-ing as we were able to close a $715,000 Lake Keowee waterfront lot this week and visit with a few folks about listing their property soon. If you run all the numbers, you’ll figure out that if you listed your property tomorrow, the best-case scenario would probably be closing by early June.
