We’re declaring the warm and sunny season around Lake Keowee currently as we head out to do our Lake Keowee real estate work in shorts. It’s happening around Lake Keowee. Spring is doing its thing. We are starting to see the sprouts coming outs. We need the Lake Keowee area showers to soak the soil for all those flowers that will start popping up real soon. I’ve already seen a few early season shots of yellows and pinks. Before you know it, we’ll all have the weed eaters and the lawn mowers blazing. Spring is about to get sprung!

While enjoying a gorgeous day around Lake Keowee, I chanced upon a newspaper that had the current weather forecast for the Lake Keowee area. Seeing as the college baseball season is starting this weekend, I assumed it’d show that there will be three incredible, springlike days coming up on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Much to my surprise/dismay, it predicted rain and possibly snow on Saturday. Knock it off! Don’t go ruining my early spring, Old Man Winter! Don’t y’all head out to buy bread and milk, I’ll bet you a dozen Krispy Kreme Hot Nows we won’t see the first flake of snow. Spring is here!

Football is about over. Sad. Only one more game for 2023 and then it’s back to speculating about and pining for the 2024 season. The good news is that with the end of 2023 gridiron season comes the first vestiges of the Lake Keowee 2024 selling season. Now is the time to get your property ready as the weather begins to turn towards warmer days (even had some days in the low 70’s last week). There are a lot of touch ups you can make to a property to increase its value and sell-ablity. Touch base with us and we’ll help you through the entire process. 

Another busy week as we’ve added a new Keowee Key home listing and expect to add a large tract of land here shortly. It’s hard to believe we’ve already put a full month in the books in 2024, but it’s good to know it was better for us than last January. Hopefully, that trend will continue. We have some great listings that should go under contract soon and before we know it, we’ll be in the full-fledged Lake Keowee selling season for 2024. Back to busy as beavers.
