Summer’s calling! And if you’re in search of where to spend it then finding this very blog may be the answer you’ve been looking for. No one knows how many days we’re given to enjoy this beautiful Earth. But I do know that I’m going to spend as many of them as I can on Lake Keowee, and since you’re reading this blog you probably do now, as well. There has been a good bit of rain lately which has swelled the levels of both Keowee and Jocassee and fortunately the rain has been falling at night and in the early morning leaving the glorious days like today for us to spoil ourselves on and by the water. You simply can’t beat the emerald green waters and clear blue skies of our Lake Keowee!

To business, and we’ve a LOT of it. We are diligently working on closing 11 sides and are just short of $3,000,000 in real estate over the next 7 days as well as adding a new home listing and making sure our other current listings are in front of as many eyes as possible. We were also able to put one house and 2 lots under contract over the past 7 days. You know what’s coming – Yep. We’re busier than a one-armed paper hanger (no offense to one-armed paper hangers, there’s nothing wrong with being a one-armed paper hanger and I/we mean no offense by using you as a comparison in this Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Blog). So let’s hear it for all the one armed paper hangers…thanks for the metaphors!

The good news for you sellers is we still have room for new listings as we continue making room by putting our existing ones under contract. We are anxious to sell everything we can get our hands on so please help us do so. If we already have yours listed – we won’t sleep (comfortably) until we get it sold!
