Boys and Girls of Summer
Nothing better than seeing the faces of children as they excitedly frolic in the waters of Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee. That expression of pure unfettered joy and coupled with the fact that they are completely unaware of self…well, it gives you a glimpse of what’s really important. The great news is it is achievable! As I’ve said before, just hop on a jet-ski and slam the hammer down! A fast boat, some water skis, a tube or the adrenaline pumper of your choice will work equally as well.
I had the pleasure of hosting a birthday party for my (now) 10 year old son at the lake house over the weekend. Everyone had a blast. It’s hard not to on Lake Keowee! Despite a few hiccups here a grand time was had by all. As my Grandpappy used to say, “them’s the kind of things memories are made of!” You, too, probably have such memories around water or you wouldn’t be reading this Lake Keowee real estate expert blog!
How’s business Good! We’ve closed three houses over the past week and have put 3 lots and a condo under contract. Now is the time of year for such things and we’re taking full advantage. There is plenty of lot inventory out there for you buyers and some new homes are hitting the market now and in the immediate future, as well. For you sellers, you already have the good news, it’s the selling season for Lake Keowee real estate!
Off to yet another Lake Keowee waterfront home closing! Oh, to be young again!
