The weather for the last few days has been beautiful around Lake Keowee, quite the departure from last week where it seemed as if we’d never see the sun again. In fact, it reached 65 degrees yesterday, at least my car said it did (remind me to introduce you to Kitt later on). While the rain was needed to fill Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee, I sure do love seeing the sun. Makes it a lot easier to shoot our awesome videos, as well!
We’ve rocked along to the top spot in volume closed so far in 2015 for realtors in our area and fully expect to pad our lead a bit as we will add an additional $1,500,000 in closing volume between now and the end of January. We’ve sold several houses between $410,000 and $600,000 and one just over $1,000,000. Still seeing slower traffic in the higher end properties, but as the economy continues to improve and the lower end stuff continues to sell that should change so please keep your fingers crossed!
We continue to work hard to get all of our listings in front of as many eyes as possible; our video view numbers are up over the first month of 2014 YTD. We currently sit at 1609 video views and 4100 minutes watched vs. Jan. 1st through the 20th of 2014 yielding 1291 video views and 3186 minutes watched. We expect those numbers to lead to 2015 leaving 2014 in the dust so keep watching!!!
