We’ve just listed a breathtaking home located on Lake Jocassee (you’ve just got to see this place!) and spent last Friday shooting new video for the area. If you’ve never been to Lake Jocassee, GO! It is spectacular; numerous waterfalls feeding into the lake in a variety of manners including gentle rock face to 20 foot fall into the water. Fortunately for you, we made a video Lake Jocassee Waterfalls, awesome raw footage! Feel free to fast forward at your leisure as it’s a bit lengthy but I just can’t get enough of this stuff!
As for Lake Keowee and Jocassee real estate, there is no time like the present to purchase. With the @#$@$%^$^%’s (I bet you didn’t know I spoke Fred Flintstone) in Washington, DC hanging us all out to dry, it presents a great opportunity for you buyers to take full advantage. Fear is back in vogue as the markets around the world begin to gyrate with worries that the US government will default, also we are drifting into the winter season–SO MAKE AN OFFER ALREADY!!!! Chances are it will all work out and you can be in the cat bird seat come next spring!
As for you sellers, contact your local congressmen and senators and tell them how *&%^$*#@ you are with them. I have and will continue to do so. Now somebody help me down from this rickety soapbox….
