Indian Summer
Google defines “Indian Summer” as a “period of unusually dry, warm weather occurring in late autumn…” well, I don’t know if this recent climate qualifies as an “Indian Summer” or not because there’s nothing unusual about beautiful weather with temperatures topping out in the 70’s and crystal clear skies around here in late autumn. In fact, its par for the course on Lake Keowee (just check the photos and videos we’ve captured over the past week and see for yourself) and yet another reason for living on or around our gorgeous lake!
Business is good as we inked yet another contract over the past week and have numerous (4) tours set for the coming week. We’ve launched our fall/winter/spring advertising campaign with an emphasis on direct mail, internet and local newspaper. Through the past 5 months we’ve had a total of 29,060 viewing sessions of our www.LakeKeoweeRealEstateExpert.com Web site consisting of 5098 for June, 6695 for July, 5,652 for August, 7749 for September, and 3,866 to date for October. That’s an average of 193 visits per day, leading to Mike and Matt Roach of Top Guns Realty having an excellent year! Even with our success there are still plenty of folks out there wanting to sell and we won’t rest (except possibly a little time out for Clemson football…and maybe some sleep) until we get them all sold!
As we move towards winter it’s time for all of you sellers to assess your situation: why didn’t your property sell? What can you do to make it stand out above the crowd mores than it has in the past? How bad to you really want to sell? Call us and put our expertise to work for you!
