While yours may be slim or pouty or button, mine is a big, long, and slightly crooked according to my wife (she is afraid our kids are going to get it, like it’s the plague or something). While this may hold little to no importance to you, it brings to mind the old adage, “It was right under my nose the entire time!” I read in the paper yesterday morning about a waterfall in Pickens County called Twin Falls. I had never heard of it, which was rather surprising due to the fact that we have a section of our Web site devoted entirely to waterfalls! (See: Lake Keowee Real Estate Expert Hotspots Waterfalls )  As I researched this little treasure, I realized it was less than 15 minutes away! Mike and I wandered over there later that day and shot our latest video (See also: Twin Falls Waterfall page) We were both taken aback by this magnificent gem! Just goes to show that there’s always something extraordinary in the Lake Keowee area that you probably haven’t imagined, even when you’ve been here for 22 years! Reminds me of growing up in Florence, SC. One of the big “attractions” there was the Air and Space Museum. You know, I lived there for 18 years and I never visited. Blaming that one on you, Mom and Dad.
