Leaf Season
The leaves are about to hit their peak around Lake Kewoee. If you get the chance before you head out for Trick or Treating on Saturday, drive up Scenic Highway 11 and check out the fall foliage. The trees are in the midst of there yearly turn and it looks great. My suggestion is to drive up Scenic Highway 11 get off onto Highway 28 and head up to Walhalla and over to Oconee State Park. If you have never been there it is beautiful, especially this time of year with the waterfalls, ponds, play areas and everything you would want a State Park to have. We are expecting rain over the next 24 hours which will probably knock a lot of the leaves off of the trees, but I still expect this weekend to be one of the peak weekends in our area for Leaf Lookers.
As for Real Estate on Lake Keowee this week–We are getting folks looking around, the economic news has been pretty consistantly good, and there are still great deals out there! So if you have been sitting on the fence, waiting for the best time to buy, get off and let’s go find you a great deal!
