Single digits. We’re getting close, so close I can actually smell it. To say that my children are really excited would be like saying that water is wet but at their age I’m fairly certain it’s mostly because they will be out of school. The weather is far from “polar” unless you mean “bi-polar” because of the slightly off-kilter mood Mother Nature seems to be in. It’s more like spring time than Christmas as the temps are expected to climb into the 70’s with loads of sunshine making it the perfect day for some aerial videos! We’ll head out and do just that upon completion of this very blog.

 

As expected for this time of year, a little less activity. We’ve have managed to conduct two tours this week, close one contract on a nice piece of Lake Keowee waterfront property and two on a couple of lots on Lake Jocassee and will be closing a nice waterfront home on Friday. “Less activity” is all relative. We are also spending a good bit of time making sure we get your property out in front of as many eyeballs as possible. We are currently averaging between 40 and 120 video views per day, good numbers though well off of the spring and summertime numbers (but again this is to be expected). We’ve got some new tools we’ll be implementing soon to more thoroughly immerse the purchasers into your Lake Keowee waterfront home or lot from afar. Stay tuned, sportsfans!!!
