Over the past week we were able to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront lot in the Riverstone community as well as sit down with a couple of folks to talk about the things they’ll need to do before getting their Lake Keowee property on the market. It’s a great time of year to make a list and check it twice (a list of things that you’ve put off around the house or that may need an upgrade to maximize your value when you sell). Believe it or not, there are still folks thinking about buying and selling Lake Keowee real estate. We’ve had a couple of tours this week and have closed one property so far with another set to close next week. Outside of that, things have slowed down as folks get into the holiday mood. We do expect to see a burst of activity before Christmas as folks have a bit more time to look at property, even though the hours of usable daylight may not comply.

October has been a great month for us as we’ve closed just shy of $9M in Lake Keowee waterfront real estate. It’d be great if November and December were as good, but folks just don’t buy as much Lake Keowee real estate this time of year as they do during the summer. That doesn’t mean there aren’t still buyers in the market. In fact there are quite a few looking for just the right property.

Fantastic week last week as we were able to close $8M in Lake Keowee waterfront homes. That’s putting the pedal to the metal. We’re so proud that our sellers and buyers put their faith in us to get the job done for them (and have been for over 35 years). Getting paid for what you do is great and necessary, but the satisfaction of making folks happy is even better.

Enough about having fun, back to work. We were able to add another great Lake Keowee waterfront home to our listing book over the past week. Check out 486 Cardinal Ln. Waterfront Lake Keowee home not in a subdivision, though it still has some restrictions. It’s located close to town and has a nice, gentle slope to the Lake (covered dock, jet ski buoys, lift, the works!) We were also able to close a Lake Keowee waterfront home as well as a waterfront lot. We’re just like a freight train, delivering the goods effectively and efficiently and totally unstoppable!

Another successful week last week as we were able to close over $2M in Lake Keowee waterfront property. We’ll be putting another excellent Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market no later than this weekend. We’re always striving to get the little things done that inevitably lead to the big things. Focus on the fundamentals and everything else will take care of itself.

We were able to close on a Lake Keowee waterfront lot over the past week as well as put a Lake Keowee waterfront home under contract. These are things you’d expect, and we expect as well, but as we get closer to the winter slow down, that becomes a bit harder as folks start turning the page on summer 2025. They start thinking more about pumpkin spice, turtle necks and duck boots and less about Lake Keowee waterfront property.

Business? YES! Great week as we added those listings last week and were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract along with a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. We also wrote a couple of contacts on a couple of others that we are trying to work out. It is the time of year to make things happen and of course we continue to do just that.

What a great last week as we were able to add 3 new Lake Keowee waterfront house listings to our inventory. 308 Treetops Dr. in Waterford Pointe, 508 Merganser Way in The Cliffs at Keowee Falls North, and 329 Foreststone Dr. in Waterstone. All great properties priced well and ready for you to go to contract on. We were also able to put a Lake Keowee waterfront house, a Lake Keowee interior lot with boat slip and waterfront Lake Keowee lot under contract. That is the kind of July week you hope for.
