Over the past week, we’ve had some encouraging property tours resulting in one Lake Keowee waterfront home going under contract, so far. We looked at an interesting house that we expect to put on the market in a couple of weeks as well. All in all, another notable week, with the expectation that the theme will continue. There are buyers in the market and some sellers are putting their properties on the market at a steady pace. It would be nice for those buyers to have a few more choices, hint…hint.

This change hasn’t stopped folks from buying and selling Lake Keowee waterfront real estate as we’ve been able to close on just shy of one million dollars’ worth of it over the past week. We’ve also been able to put $2M in Lake Keowee property under contract. It’d be nice to keep up that pace, and we’re going to try and do exactly that. Broken record time; we need your help. We need more listings. There are still plenty of buyers in the market, you can make both them and you very happy people: they get top value real estate while they give you top dollar.
