It’s time to blow our own horn as we here at Top Guns Realty, Mike and Matt Roach, were able to close on one Lake Hartwell waterfront home, a Lake Keowee waterfront lot and a Lake Keowee interior lot over the past week. 2026 has been a great year for us so far as folks seem ready to make the move to get on Lake Keowee. We’ve also had several folks who have been ready to sell and move up to something new on the lake.
