We at Top Guns Realty certainly had a successful week as we were able to put two Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract. We also closed a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. Folks are still excited about finding property on Lake Keowee, many buyers looking for just the right spot. We need more listings in many categories to satisfy their hunger. Help us out, it’s time to sell!

Another successful week last week as we were able to close over $2M in Lake Keowee waterfront property. We’ll be putting another excellent Lake Keowee waterfront home on the market no later than this weekend. We’re always striving to get the little things done that inevitably lead to the big things. Focus on the fundamentals and everything else will take care of itself.

What’s new around Lake Keowee? Well, the kids are back in school! Clemson just had their move in week and begin classes today for the Fall of 2025 semester. That means we are just a few days from college football starting up as well. Sure would be nice to relive those college years, but we’ll just have to settle for doing it vicariously.

It was another good week as we were able to put 2 Lake Keowee waterfront homes under contract along with a Lake Keowee waterfront lot. That’s $4,227,000 in volume over a rainy weekend, no less! Proof that folks are still out and about looking to get their dream Lake Keowee property secured.

What a great last week as we were able to add 3 new Lake Keowee waterfront house listings to our inventory. 308 Treetops Dr. in Waterford Pointe, 508 Merganser Way in The Cliffs at Keowee Falls North, and 329 Foreststone Dr. in Waterstone. All great properties priced well and ready for you to go to contract on. We were also able to put a Lake Keowee waterfront house, a Lake Keowee interior lot with boat slip and waterfront Lake Keowee lot under contract. That is the kind of July week you hope for.

It’s been a good week for us as we’ve (almost) added 4 listings to our stable as we wait for a few last details. They are all good ones that we expect to get under contract ASAP as we continue to endure low inventory in segments of the Lake Keowee real estate market. We’ve also written up a few offers that we are working on getting to contract. Just doing what we do…Top Guns are gonna gun!

We’ve added a new Lake Keowee waterfront home to our stable of listings. 308 Treetops Drive is a fantastic home in Waterford Pointe with over 7000 ft. of heated space. We’ve also brought 322 Hillandale Rd. on the market – a nice home on Lake Keowee with a platform dock right in the middle of Seneca. We expect to bring two more homes on the market over the next week. So, lots of really fine properties for you to think about in said chair of choice!

We’ll be bringing on 3 houses here shortly that should see quite a bit of quick interest. Can’t wait to share them with you ASAP! As to be expected this time of year, activity remains strong though we are starting to see higher inventory levels in certain segments of the market. You buyers have much more to choose from, which is nice to say the least. So come out and get to choosing. Summer is in full swing, but you still have time to buy and close so you can enjoy it!

We are experiencing our first real heat wave of the summer. It feels especially dreadful  because it’s actually beenI quite cool comparatively up until now. We just added a new Lake Keowee waterfront lot to our inventory (Lot 19 Keowee Bay) and will be bringing on another Lake Keowee waterfront home next week, also. We are seeing LOTS of traffic on our existing listings as folks are searching in earnest for their own special spot on Lake Keowee. It’s great to see folks’ faces when they are looking across a Lake Keowee property at the water in the distance and dreaming about living the Keowee dream.
