The Marina Bay Subdivision on Lake Keowee was developed in 2016 and is comprised of 50 lots of which the majority are water front. There are also interior lots and several view lots. The community is gated with a magnificent stone structure and sign. Once inside the gate and just to your right you will find a concrete pathway leading to the Lake Keowee Marina and Tikki Hut restaurant that allows to visit those sites without even setting foot on the main road.
