By Eric Sprott – SENECA – The figures aren’t yet set in stone, but a modest millage increase appears to be in the works for the city of Seneca’s budget for the upcoming year. City council unanimously passed the budget by a a vote of 8-0 – Councilman Scott Durham wasn’t in attendance – on Tuesday night at city hall.
