By Greg Oliver – CLEMSON – A ground-breaking ceremony for the newest addition coming to Patrick Square, a 72,000-square-foot, $13 million independent living community, took place Wednesday on Pershing Avenue. The four-story community, known as Dominion Independent Living, will have 70 luxury-style apartments in several floor plans. The new community is expected to open in the fall of 2019 and bring about 20 new jobs to the area….
