It’s happening around Lake Keowee. Spring is doing its thing. We are starting to see the sprouts coming outs. It’s an exciting time that leads to a very busy time for Mike and Matt Roach, Top Guns Realty, Inc. It’s been a good winter, and we are ready to go full force into spring and summer. Between now and mid-July, we will see buyer activity ramp up significantly as folks realize they can actually swim in Keowee but need to get their own house or lot so they can do it on a consistent basis. That’s where we come in. We need to sell your property to survive (well, not all of you guys’ property, just a portion).
As previously stated, it’s been a good winter for us with several properties going under contract and closing in the Lake Keowee “slow time.” It means we’ve had a bit more long days as we’ve had to do the maintenance work required to stay ahead of the curve along with the real work. The good news is we have been/are up to the task (and for 35 years now)! We closed on a Keowee Key townhome last week and put an interior Keowee Key home under contract along with another Lake Keowee waterfront property. Keep knocking down a Keowee house and lot every week and we’ll call 2024 a qualified success (again see above as we can’t do it without at least some of y’all helping out).
