Haynes School
Established in the early 20th century, Hayne School served the local community for several decades. The school closed its doors to students in 1970. After years under the ownership of SC Telco Federal Credit Union, the building was purchased and repurposed into high-end office space, preserving its historic architecture. Associated with the Mills Mill village, this grammar school was part of the mill community’s infrastructure, providing education to the children of mill workers. The school operated during the early to mid-20th century.
