The DuPre Administration Building is a historic structure located on the campus of Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed in 1854, it originally served as a faculty residence and was constructed using the labor of enslaved individuals. Over the years, it became the home of several members of the DuPre family, including Professor Warren DuPre, his son Professor Daniel A. DuPre, and college librarian Mary Sydnor DuPre. In 1955, after renovations, the building was repurposed as the college’s administration building and named in honor of the DuPre family. Further renovations in 1963 added a boardroom and restrooms to the rear of the building .​

Architecturally, the DuPre Administration Building is a two-story brick structure featuring a front porch and a wide central hallway. An addition at the rear provides extra office space. Today, it houses the offices of the president, provost, and registrar of Wofford College .​
