Two-story weatherboard residence with hip roof, tall interior chimneys with decorative caps, two-story porticoon façade with pediment with denticulated cornice. Portico supported by scamozzi Ionic columns. 1^st-story portico has low pediment over entrance. Was built as a residence for John A. Austin who ran the Laurens dispensary.
