We did close an interior property in Cedar Creek this week and put another interior lot under contract. We have had a few good tours as well, which is good for this time of year. Amazingly we are still seeing a shortage of inventory in several key categories. Folks just don’t want to let go of Lake Keowee real estate (Can you blame them?). We do have a line on a couple of new houses, though the folks are working through things that need to be done. Hopefully, we can get at least one of them on the market soon.

Business must go on and we had to do lots of business before ,during and after the storm as listings, under contract homes, rental properties etc. had trees down all around. Getting folks here, there and everywhere while trying to reschedule closings, inspections, etc. It’s been quite the busy week. We did close a Lake Keowee waterfront home, but not a lot of tour activity going on currently. We expect it to get back to normal soon. Find a charity, give what you can.
