Spectacular! What else can you say? This subdivision is located on one of the most pristine and beautiful Lakes in the United States. Jocassee is a mountain spring fed lake and makes up a line of three lakes that are managed by Duke Power. There is a combination of Nuclear (plant on Keowee) and hydro-electric power created here. Jocassee itself is 7,500 acres and is mostly undeveloped with just a few over 50 total properties (homes and lots) privately owned. The lake is anchored by Devils Fork State Park where you will find a park store, swimming areas, landings, boat/kayak and canoe rentals.
