Cliffs at Keowee
Lake Keowee Real Estate waterfront subdivision The Cliffs at Keowee is located just off of Highway 11 on the north end of Lake Keowee. It was developed in 1995 through a partnership between Cliffs Communities Developer Jim Anthony and Gary Waldron. Although the community is not a full-fledged member of the Cliffs Communities you do have the ability to purchase a Cliffs Social Membership or Family Membership if you own property. Cliffs Family membership is available at purchaser’s discretion and includes access to all Cliffs clubs, wellness center, and limited golf at Cliffs courses. Some additional fees may apply. The community has 79 waterfront properties and 15 interior lots for a total of 94 properties. The entryway is beautifully landscaped with a stacked stone sign. The community also boasts a clubhouse, pool, and landing.
