Built c. 1920 for banker Charles Fleming this two-story brick home has double entrance doors whose transom is decorated with diamond shaped panes. The diamond pattern is repeated on all the windows including the tri-partite at the top. Associated with the Palmetto Bank, Mr. Fleming was the son of Attorney J.O.C. Fleming.
